40% Oil Drops: Take 1/2 drops under the tongue 45-30 minutes before your intended sleep time. Leave oil in mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually increase dose to find optimum dosage. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 160mg. Each drop contains 20mg. Massage Oil: Apply directly to the skin on desired areas as well as onto your hands, taking a moment to inhale its calming lavender aroma.

Use 4 Times a day
